Pet Tracks creates custom digital content, including songs, lyrics, audio files, album artwork, and related creative assets based on the information and materials submitted by the customer.
By submitting any pet photo, name, likeness, or other materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share those materials. You grant Pet Tracks permission to use submitted content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
All songs, lyrics, audio files, album artwork, and other creative assets produced by Pet Tracks are and shall remain the exclusive property of Pet Tracks. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the content.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes sharing with friends, family, and posting on personal social media accounts.
You may not resell, distribute, reproduce for commercial use, or otherwise exploit the content without written permission from Pet Tracks.
By placing an order, you grant Pet Tracks a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, display, publish, distribute, and promote:
These rights may be used for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to social media, marketing, advertising, website content, and promotional materials.
You acknowledge that no compensation, approval, or notification is required for such use.
Pet Tracks uses AI-assisted tools and creative processes to generate content. Results may vary in style, interpretation, and likeness. We do not guarantee exact visual or creative outcomes.
Due to the custom nature of digital content creation, all sales are final once work has begun or content has been delivered.
Pet Tracks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or content.
Pet Tracks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
